Frank Lake Birds

I spent a pleasant summer evening observing birds at Frank Lake. During the drive, we noticed a substantial cloud formation obstructing the sunlight, which raised concerns about the potential interference with the evening’s golden light. Fortunately, the clouds dissipated, allowing the sun to cast a warm golden glow along the shores of Frank Lake.

Frank Lake is located southeast of Calgary, Alberta, and falls within the protection areas managed by Ducks Unlimited Canada. This region attracts a wide variety of bird species. Although I am not an avid birder, I find photographing these birds to be an enjoyable activity. Utilizing a bird identification application, I have made efforts to accurately identify each bird.
